With 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Jane Trang Dang brings her passion for helping others to each transaction. Prior to working in real estate, Jane owned a salon and was able to sharpen her customer service skills. As she puts it, “dealing with clients is my expertise.” She describes her style as detailed, spontaneous, and patient, and her positive attitude compels her to persevere even when faced with difficulties.
Jane always puts the needs of her clients first. She has focused on helping first-time home buyers and sellers save money while also going to great lengths to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. She specializes in the neighborhoods surrounding Disneyland in Anaheim, but has also demonstrated knowledge and expertise in markets throughout Orange County. Additionally, Jane is familiar with the rules and regulations regarding cash purchases by foreign investors, and is fully equipped to facilitate these types of transactions. Jane chose Advance Estate Realty because of the management team and family-oriented work place. Here they have experienced attorneys who can help clients with EB3 and EB5 in order to invest in the US. She enjoys spending quality time with her four beautiful daughters, 5 puppies, and 2 cat. Jane also enjoys photography, ballroom dancing, and cooking. After working with several attorneys to do radio and television talk shows educating the public about bankruptcies and short sale processes, Jane was inspired to become a lawyer. She plans to begin the process in the near future to help her community. |
